I understake not to make any claim against the MOD or any Crown servant for the loss or damage or delay to my belongings from any cause whatsoever whilst in transit. Insurance : I am aware there is no insurance cover provided under the Self Pack Service and I understand I should insure my effects whilst in transit. Prohibited Items : I declare that no prohibited items listed in JSP 800 are, or will be included in my consignment. Excess Baggage Charges: I understand that I am personally liable for any excess baggage charges which may arise in connection with this removal as a result of moving UB above my authorised allowance of 6.00 CuM for UK-UK or UK-Northwest Europe movements and 2.85 or 4.10 CuM for overseas movements. Wated Journey Charge : I agree to refund the MOD the cost of any wasted journey charges as detailed in JSP 800. I recognise that the amount of customs duty levied is assessed BY HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) and that any dispute regarding the amount of duty paid is a matter for me to take up with the particular Customs and Excise Office which assessed the duty and not MOD nor the Shipping Agent.
